Deliveries & Returns
DELIVERIES
Delivery is available in France and in the European Union.
Delivery is free from 150 euros of purchase in metropolitan France.
For all the other countries including Corsica, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and the French Southern Territories, delivery fees are equal to 12 euros.
Our tailors will make your clothe as soon as possible once we receive your order.
We deliver with DHL or Colissimo, to the delivery address provided when placing your order, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You will receive an email from DHL when your order has left our workshop where you can choose between a scheduled delivery to your home or a drop off at a DHL pick-up point near you. You will need to show your ID to collect your package.
The delivery time to receive any order (ready-to-wear and made-to-measure) is from 1 to 3 weeks.
We will keep you informed by e-mail of the progress of your order, from the creation of your clothe to the dispatch of your package.
Standard fees for the delivery in metropolitan France (under 150 euros of purchase): 5.00 euros.
Standard delivery fees for all the other countries including Corsica, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and the French Southern Territories: 12 euros.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return any ready-to-wear order to us.
Tailor-made clothes cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if unsatisfied, you have the choice between a refund of the necessary retouches made with your local tailor or to return the clothe in our Atelier where we will make the necessary retouches with no additional cost.

If you notice a defect related to transportation or other, you can return any package to us.
For returned ready-to-wear, you can choose between store credit (of the amount of your order) usable on our online store or a refund corresponding to the amount of the returned item(s). Once we receive the package, we will check the each item before accepting your return and processing to a refund. This process takes between 48 and 72 hours.
Make sure you return the item(s) to us in its original box, with its tags attached, unworn and unsoiled. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.
