We are committed to ensuring that your tailor-made clothe fits you perfectly.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the cut, Germain sur-mesure offers you its tailor-made guarantee free of charge.
Free retouches at your local tailor
All you need to do is go to your usual tailor (within 7 days of receiving your order) with your clothe and ask for the retouches you would like to make.
Ask for a receipt / invoice and a brief description of the retouches done.
Then, send us a scan or a photo of the proof of payment and the description of the retouches by e-mail:

We will contact you within 24-48 hours to refund you the amount of the retouches.
